Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

In order to reserve your place, contact the email on your invitation with 50% deposit and be given the date for which the full balance is due.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should we need to cancel for any reason; 100% of what you had paid will be reimbursed within 30 days of cancellation.  Should you wish to cancel before the full balance due date; your 50% deposit will be reimbursed.  Should you attempt to cancel after said date; 0% of your payment will be refunded.  

CHECK-IN:

Your flights and arriving at the designated pick up location on agreed time are your own responsibility.  Should you be delayed for any reason; transport to the retreat location is no longer our financial obligation.   

FACILITIES:

Each facility has it's own insurance yet we highly recommend you take out your own insurance policy for this unique trip.  

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

By paying our invoice you are also signing that you are in good health enough to allow you to participate in all of our listed activities.   Those over the age of 50 must have a doctor endorsed medical review in order to apply.  Should you for any reason feel you need to cancel for medical reasons we will need a doctor's letterhead email and contact to verify in order to issue you with the appropriate refund.
